4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment failure.
5. Delivery

6. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Details and the withdrawal process are set out in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under Portuguese and EU consumer law apply. For consumer goods, this includes a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021). If a product is defective, contact us at hi@pogo-active.com.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability (including product liability) remains unaffected.
