Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not right, returning it is simple.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) receive the goods — without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period by a clear statement (an email to hi@pogo-active.com is easiest). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned unopened, in sealed original packaging.
  • You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend a tracked service — the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. The return address will be provided with your return confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we refund only the standard cost.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order — it is the fastest way to secure your size. Place the new order whenever you like; the refund follows the return.

Faulty or wrong items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, that is on us: contact hi@pogo-active.com with your order number and a photo, and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately. Statutory warranty rights (3-year legal guarantee of conformity) are unaffected.
