1. Controller

2. Data we collect

  • Order data: name, address, email, phone number, order contents, payment status (payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored by us).
  • Account data: if you create a customer account.
  • Communication data: messages you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and usage data collected through cookies (see section 6).

  • Processing and delivering your order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Customer support and order-related communication — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Issuing invoices — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
  • Keeping invoices and accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
  • Newsletter and marketing emails — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link
  • Analytics and advertising cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time via the cookie settings link
  • Fraud prevention and store security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))

4. Recipients

We share data only as far as necessary with: our e-commerce platform (Shopify International Ltd.), payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and our Portuguese payment provider for MB WAY/Multibanco), carriers, our certified invoicing software provider Moloni (Webinfor, Lda.), our reviews platform (Loox) and Shopify Email for marketing communications (with your consent). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, transfers are safeguarded by EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data are retained for the statutory period (10 years under Portuguese tax law). Other data are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes or until you withdraw your consent.

We use essential cookies (required for the Store to function) and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time.
